Let's answer some of those red-hot questions.
You may not have enough work to fill up the entire month or the billing period of the partnership plan. You may only have a few requests at the moment. In this case, you can pause your subscription.
Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, you subscribed to the Apprentice plan for 15 days. You can pause your subscription and come back later when you have more work. The next time you come back, you will be able to resume your subscription and use up any remaining days you have left.
When you pause your subscription, you will receive up to 3 months of free support and maintenance. This does not include adding new features or filling in requests.

You may not have enough work for the whole month or the duration of your subscription. Maybe your situation has changed and you no longer require our services.
In this case, you can choose to cancel your subscription.
When you cancel your subscription, you terminate your partnership agreement. You will receive up to 3 months of free support and maintenance from us to help you migrate to a new provider or answer your questions.
Canceling your subscription will not refund any remainder you may have left.

We will not issue any refunds due to the nature of our services.
You may choose to pause your subscription if you don’t have enough work to fill the duration of it.
You may choose to cancel your subscription if you wish to terminate the partnership plan.

For the most part, you will be working directly with me, the founder of Modiggo.
However, when the workload gets too heavy, additional developers, designers, illustrators, copywriters, and other great people will come to our aid!
We offer free website development services to those who don’t have a large budget to afford our services or don’t have the time or skills necessary to learn no-code and web builder tools.

Working with us is pretty simple.
If you have any questions or are not really sure about what would be the best partnership plan for you, schedule a call with us. We will be more than happy to discuss this! Of course, discovery calls are free.
If you are certain you will need a specific number of hours, subscribe to the plan that suits your needs and requirements.
Once you subscribe to a plan, we will create a Trello board where we will manage the work and where you will be able to submit requests, bug fixes, and content.

When you subscribe to our partnership plan, you will be assigned a Trello board.
You can create new requests under the “Requests” tab by clicking on the “Add a card” button.
When creating a new request, make sure you are as clear as possible. Provide a clear name and a clear description of what you expect, and what needs to be done.
If you have any images, content, or anything else that would help us in the process, please include them with the request.
We will get back to you shortly to confirm that we have received your request or to refine it.
Not an issue! We will keep working until you are fully satisfied with the results.
The speed of delivery will depend on the complexity of the requests.
If the requirements are not clear, we will get in touch with you for a refinement meeting.
On average, the time to delivery ranges from a few hours for simple requests, a few days or a week for medium-complexity requests, and up to a month for high-complexity requests.
Please contact us if some feature is time-sensitive and label it “Urgent” on your Trello board.
In the event of a delay, you will not have to pay extra.
Every partnership plan has a set number of work hours. If we exceed it due to issues on our side, we will pause your subscription until we deliver the results. You will be able to decide if you want to resume it afterwards.
High-quality, senior-level, full-time developers come with a lot of overhead. You would have to pay at least $135,000 per year, plus benefits. When you run out of work to keep your full-time developers busy, you will be stuck paying them a high salary. Also, good luck finding one!
Our partnership plans allow you to plan out your budget in advance. And pause or cancel whenever you have no additional work coming in.
Additionally, whenever you let go of a full-time developer, you are exposed to a lack of support and maintenance. We will keep in touch with you for up to 3 months after partnership termination. For free.
When you subscribe to one of our partnership plans, you will be able to place as many requests as you need.
Requests will be filled out one at a time.
The total number of request hours should not exceed the total number of work hours provided by the partnership plan.
